An email requirement can coexist with a no-KYC policy
NimbusVPS requires a working email address and crypto payment, while saying it does not request identity documents, a legal name, postal address or phone number. Its published payment page describes transfers to its own wallets. The email is central to managing the order: its terms identify access to that address as proof of ownership.
XmrCloud also requires email and publishes several crypto payment methods, with Monero recommended. Its published terms, marked as a draft, reserve a documentary request under a binding court order in an operating jurisdiction. EchelonVPS describes email and crypto payment as its account requirements, without identity documents, selfies or phone verification. It is the budget-oriented candidate when a prepaid term fits the project.

HushVPS lists $14.00 per month, VPSDEN starts at €4.40 for its Reykjavík base offer, and NimbusVPS lists $4.90 for its Amsterdam offer at this memory tier. XmrCloud lists $8.00. Keep the selected location and currency visible when comparing these amounts; the cheapest displayed figure may describe a different regional offer.
EchelonVPS has the lowest euro-denominated monthly equivalent in this selection at €1.90, attached to a 12-month prepaid term. The upfront payment is €22.80. This suits a planned commitment more readily than a brief trial. Its headline monthly equivalent should be read together with the actual first payment, rather than as an independently payable monthly bill.
Separate identity checks, account recovery and retained data
No KYC describes the provider’s identity-verification policy. It does not mean email is always optional, that paying in crypto is itself an identity policy, or that the service keeps no records.
