The reported range for a full period is 80 to 100 notices per VPS; services cut off early received fewer.
At the end of the period, 6 services remained active. Among copyright-related interruptions, the notice that ended service ranged from the first to no. 8. Different policies behind the same search
VPSDEN describes forwarding notices to the customer and different rules by region. NimbusVPS divides its locations among several complaint-handling procedures, including assessment on the merits in the European Union. XmrCloud states that it acts following an order from a court competent in the operating jurisdiction; its document is marked as a draft.
EchelonVPS describes a response and counter-notice procedure while rejecting the label “DMCA ignored”. HushVPS also rejects it. These positions appear in the providers’ sources.
